Konstantinos Raisis
Armored/Cavalry Captain of the 20th Armored Army Squadron of 393rd Armored Regiment. He lived in Nea Filadelfia, Athens, was married and had a 3-year-old child. At the time of the crime, he was serving in Thessaloniki and maintaining an extramarital relationship with Evdoxia Paliogianni. He was described as a vigorous man, much like Panagiotou.
Raisis conducted a personal investigation regarding the Dragon of Seich Sou. Just the day before his murder, he had given orders to a sergeant serving under his command to collect the soldiers’ overnight leave permits, in order to "ascertain whether any of the soldiers was systematically or unlawfully spending the night outside." He was found holding a lighter in his hands, which led to the assumption that he had been surprised by someone who may have asked him for a light before ultimately murdering him and Paliogianni. The two were found near the old Mikra airport, in a field about 500 meters away from Georgikis Scholis Street in Thessaloniki.
