The 23-year-old woman came from Nea Efkarpia, Serres. Before moving to Thessaloniki and finding employment at the Flokas factory, she had worked in Serres as a nurse. During the first days after her arrival in Thessaloniki, she met Lieutenant Konstantinos Raisis, with whom she entered into a romantic relationship. Both were murdered brutally in an act described as one of unprecedented savagery by the Dragon of Seich Sou.
