Athanasios Panagiotou

Athanasios Panagiotou was a boilermaker and at the time of the first Seich Sou crime he was in a relationship with Eleonora Vlachou, with whom he intended to become engaged. The newspapers of the time described his condition after the brutal attack of the Dragon as "without hope of survival", something that fortunately was later disproved. Due to his sturdy physical appearance, the first newspaper reports speculated that the Seich Sou crime had been committed by two individuals. The same speculation had been made about the heinous Mikra crime.
