Spyridon Kollas

Appellate judge and member of the five-member Court of Appeals of Thessaloniki before which Aristidis Pagratidis was tried as the accused "Dragon of Seich Sou" (1966). He was the only one among the five appellate judges who disagreed with Pagratidis’ guilt and his death sentence. In support of his dissenting opinion, he submitted an 8-page "minority report," which is included in full and photographed in Konstantinos Logothetis’ book Pagratidis: Sentenced to Death Four Times.
