Ioannis Grafanakis

Appellate judge and presiding judge of the Mixed Jury Court before which Aristidis Pagratidis was tried for the attack on the "Megas Alexandros" orphanage (1964). He voted in favor of the sentence imposed on him.
Panel judge of the five-Member Court of Appeals of Thessaloniki before which Aristidis Pagratidis was tried as the accused "Dragon of Seich Sou" (1966). He voted in favor of sentencing him to death four times.
Presiding judge of the Criminal Court of Thessaloniki during the trial for the assassination of Grigoris Lambrakis, in which the leadership of the Northern Greece Police appeared as defendants (1966). He voted in favor of acquitting all police officers.
